THIS MANUAL WAS A SATIRE ON ARCHITECTURAL EDUCATION THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF A HYPOTHETICAL ELECTIVE. IN THIS COURSE, STUDENTS WOULD STUDY ARCHITECTURE THROUGH A REVERSAL IN LEARNING. RATHER THAN FOLLOWING THE TRADITIONAL CYCLE FOR AN ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT WHERE ONE DRAWS, BUILDS, AND DEMOLISHES, STUDENTS WOULD START WITH A COMPLETED SHED AND DECONSTRUCT IT. THROUGH THIS PROCESS OF REVERSAL THE VOID OF ARCHITECTURAL KNOWLEDGE LEFT FROM YEARS OF EMPHASIS ON DESIGN WOULD BE PUT ASIDE FOR MATERIAL LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT AND PRACTICAL CONSTRUCTION SKILLS. LÖÖP WOULD ALLOW STUDENTS TO LEARN BY MAKING - REINFORCING THE KNOWLEDGE THEY HAVE THEORETICALLY UNDERSTOOD THROUGH HISTORY/THEORY AND STUDIO COURSES WITH A MORE TACTILE APPROACH. THE SATIRE DEPARTED FROM A TRADITIONAL IKEA MANUAL INTO A PLAYFUL COMIC SYLLABUS. THIS WORK WAS DONE FOR A MASTER OF ARCHITECTURE ELECTIVE CALLED "I SWEAR I'VE BEEN EDUCATED" A COURSE THAT REFLECTED ON THE FUNDAMENTAL MEANING OF LEARNING.
